Job description:

Under the direction of the Manager/ Network Architect, this position is responsible for administrate Apple MacOS. The ideal candidate should be able to configure, maintain and monitor all MacOs environment, help for the IT support and advice for the design and policy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with new project rollouts that evolve our macOS and iOS client platform management infrastructure.

• Support the macOS client deployment workflows built with Apple Business Manager and MS Intune for new and re-deployed devices.

• Provide level 2 technical support for our staff via the ticketing system and real time messaging, and in person office support may be required when needed.

• Maintain support documentation, writing internal knowledge base articles as required.

• Participate to different projects related to MacOS (Authentication EntraID, Enforcement security, User admin right).
