Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire on a Linux Administrator to their team. This position will have a case load, from a customer support team they are taking a percentage of case types that are technical and dont involve content of the customer; 95% is going to be cases, and they will rotate in more project. Other big responsibilities of their job will be troubleshooting, problem solving, tracking down performance issue which are core pieces, creating knowledge artifacts, working with engineering putting them into the bug tracker and getting them fixed.
