Assess legal risks associated with business activities and provide accurate legal advice to management and internal functions, including reviewing company policies and procedures.
Prepare corporate legal documents, including Power of Attorney, Deeds of the Company, and related documentation.
Oversee the implementation of the company’s compliance programs, including Gift and Hospitality mechanisms—ensuring proper recording, safekeeping, management, and reporting processes.
Maintain strong relationships with the company’s stakeholders.
