The successful candidate will support a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction, infrastructure, and energy matters, including arbitration, litigation, adjudication, and contract advisory work. The role involves handling complex construction contracts. Familiarity with standard form construction contracts, including FIDIC and other commonly used industry forms, would be advantageous. The candidate should also be familiar with various institutional arbitration rules, aside from SIAC to complement the firm's international practice.
