The role is ideal for legal professionals with 3–6 years of experience in Saa S, technology companies, or law firms handling enterprise/commercial contracts and intellectual property matters.
The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating enterprise agreements including MSAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. The role also involves acting as the primary legal advisor for enterprise engagements, managing contractual risks, and supporting business stakeholders on escalations and negotiations.
A major focus area is intellectual property management, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, licensing, and IP protection strategies. Exposure to cross-border commercial transactions and data privacy/regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
