Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will provide legal support for our operations, corporate matters, commercial transactions, data centre development projects, and regional business activities across Asia. This includes reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, managing corporate governance matters, and supporting cross‑border legal work. The ideal candidate has strong grounding in Singapore corporate and commercial law, experience in cross‑border transactions, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
