About the role
In this senior role you:
Provide corporate legal support and ensure corporate compliance for the global Nexperia group, including Nexperia Germany and the Hamburg site (which includes corporate housekeeping and ESG).
Act as secretary to the Nexperia Germany Board of Directors.
Support the Deputy Chief Legal Officer (DCLO) on specific matters in strategic corporate projects, such as in the field of Corporate/M&A, Finance, Tax and Treasury (which includes M&A, investments, strategic co-operations (incl R&D...
