You act as a trusted legal advisor for our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy, Toll and Purchasing.You support our Sales Units in the distribution of our products (including software) and in negotiating large-scale customer contracts.You review and negotiate procurement contracts.You develop legal frameworks and solutions for new business opportunities.You provide legal guidance on special projects with group-wide impact.You manage your workload independently and handle legal matters with a high level of ownership and accountability. You have successfully completed both German state examinations in law, ideally with above-average results (preferably “Prädikat”).You bring 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in Commercial, Sales or Procurement.You are technology-driven and have a strong interest in digital products...
