IT Law expert including drafting, negotiating and finalizing varied IT contracts, with an emphasis on standard software licensing, SaaS/Cloud, reselling, MSP and other channel agreements as well as professional services agreements.
Proficient in assessing contract requirements, critical provisions/terms and conditions to ensure compliance with our templates and applicable laws and regulations.
Corporate governance, code of ethics and conduct and compliances.
Must be solution and goal oriented, a strong team player and capable of working with little supervision to a common goal.
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Performs other job‑related duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
Local law degree preferred with minimum 10‑year experience in the IT industry (ideally with standard software/SaaS vendors).
