This role acts as a senior legal advisor supporting strategic client relationships and complex commercial arrangements within the UK wealth management ecosystem.
Specific Role Responsibilities
What you will be doing –
Leading the negotiation, drafting, and management of complex commercial agreements with FNZ’s key clients, including large financial institutions, asset managers, platforms, and distribution partners.
Supporting end‑to‑end contracting for FNZ’s technology, SaaS, data, and outsourced services, ensuring alignment with FNZ’s global operating model, risk frameworks, and regulatory obligations.
