Key Responsibilities Provide legal support across a broad range of corporate, commercial and project-related matters Lead and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts, service agreements, and vendor arrangements Support project development activities, including land acquisition, construction (EPC), and infrastructure-related contracts Advise on real estate and data centre leasing arrangements Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments where relevant Partner closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, finance) to deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice Manage and coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
