We are partnering with a high-growth, well-capitalised digital infrastructure platform with an expanding presence across APAC. As the business continues to scale, there is a newly created opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Singapore office, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across a broad range of corporate, commercial and project-related matters
• Lead and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts, service agreements, and vendor arrangements
• Support project development activities, including land acquisition, construction (EPC), and infrastructure-related contracts
• Advise on real estate and data centre leasing arrangements
• Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments where relevant
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, finance) to deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice
