The Role

We seek to appoint a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor with expertise in Engineering Project Management, Industrial Engineering or related areas to join the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The postholder will contribute to the delivery, development, and enhancement of teaching across the engineering management provision within the department’s undergraduate and postgraduate portfolio. They will also undertake research within this field. Key areas of teaching include the project lifecycle, risk management, quality systems, ISO 9001 standards, operations management and resource optimization. The role includes course leadership for the MSc in Engineering Management. It also involves module leadership, integrative project supervision, curriculum development, and contribution to student achievement.
