Position Overview
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing operations, maintaining optimal occupancy, and ensuring full compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations at Victoria Park North East and Fairgreen Senior Apartments. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and serves as the primary point of accountability for leasing performance across both communities.
MULTI-SITE LEASING & OCCUPANCY MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain target occupancy levels (minimum 95%) at both Victoria Park North East and Fairgreen Senior
- Apartments through proactive and strategic leasing efforts.
- Allocate time effectively between properties based on leasing activity, vacancy status, and operational needs.
