We are seeking a strategic and solutions‑oriented Senior Leasing Analyst to lead corporate real estate transactions across our portfolio. This role exercises independent judgment and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership on real estate matters that influence long‑term business planning, financial outcomes, and operational performance.

**Your Impact**

+ Work with leadership to develop forward‑looking real estate strategies 18–36 months ahead of lease expiries, incorporating business needs, portfolio optimization, and financial implications.
+ Lead and manage leasing, subleasing, and disposition activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, risk parameters, and shareholder interests.
+ Independently engage and direct brokerage partners, negotiating business terms and conditions across office, industrial, land, parking, and warehouse asset types.
