This exciting opportunity sits within the SABP Learning Disability Acute & Primary Liaison Team. The role is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday.

As a Senior Learning Disability Acute Liaison Nurse, you will support adults with learning disabilities to access high‑quality healthcare at East Surrey Hospital. This role is ideal for an experienced NMC‑registered nurse, and we welcome applications from Learning Disability Nurses, Adult Nurses, and Mental Health Nurses, recognising the value of a diverse skill mix.

You will bring confidence in applying your specialist knowledge and clinical expertise to improve health outcomes and patient experience for adults with learning disabilities.
