Amazon is seeking a high-performing, customer-obsessed Senior Learning Business Partner to drive Learning & Development initiatives across the APAC region.

In this role, you will own a portfolio of Go-to-Market program delivery for APAC deploying leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling solutions that strengthen the manager-employee relationship and equip leaders to drive customer obsession and employee trust. You will act as a strategic partner between Operations, HR, and Product teams, ensuring measurable business impact at scale.

The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for both the customer and the learner. You communicate with clarity and conviction, bring proven project management capability, and navigate competing priorities with composure.
