Position Overview
The Senior / Learning Associate supports the Corporate Academy in the delivery and coordination of learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational performance. The role focuses on independently coordinating leadership and functional development programmes, supporting learning operations, and ensuring effective execution of end-to-end learning activities.
The role involves responsibility in stakeholder coordination, programme management, and learning data support. Working closely with HR Business Partners, programme facilitators, and internal stakeholders, the incumbent contributes to building a strong learning culture by ensuring quality learning experiences and reliable programme delivery aligned with business needs.
