Senior Lead – Product Insights & Analytics

As the Senior Product Insights & Analytics Lead within On’s Operational Excellence team, you will build R&D capabilities by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will lead a team to define analytical strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and support both immediate operational KPIs and long‑term AI initiatives.

Your Mission

• Build and mentor a high‑performing data team while fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
• Partner with Product Leadership across Innovation, Strategy, Design, Creation, and Sourcing to identify key questions, define analytical approaches, and deliver data‑driven insights that inform critical business decisions and strategic initiatives.
