*Position Summary* The Senior Lead Counsel, Procurement and Contracts will provide management, counsel, representation and supervision of the Procurement and Contracts Practice within the Commercial Transactions Center of Excellence, under the supervision of the General Counsel and Managing Counsel – Commercial Transactions.
