**Description**

The Senior Land Use Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and directing work land use projects of a considerable size, scope and complexity, including utility, residential and commercial development. For these projects, the Senior Land Use Planner will be responsible for managing the budget and subcontractors assigned to the project, as well as directing engineers as to the types of plans needed for application development. This position will establish and maintain effective working relationships with key individuals at clients, governmental agencies, organizations, and the public. This position will be responsible for the development of proposals to prospective clients for project opportunities.
