Position Overview
Job Summary Responsible for providing end-to-end IT support across the organization, including infrastructure setup, system administration, network management, and user support. The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient IT operations, particularly for project site offices and the headquarters. Key Responsibilities . Provide daily IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues for end users . Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment . Manage and maintain servers (Windows Server, Synology/QNAP NAS), including system updates and health monitoring . Configure and support network infrastructure such as firewalls, VPN, switches, and internal network connectivity . Implement and maintain backup solutions (e.g., Synology, Qnap) and ensure data recovery readiness .
