What you'll do:

As an IT Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for leading Agile teams in the successful delivery of IT project by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative team environment. In this role, you'll also act as a servant leader to ensure the team follows Agile principles, maintains focus on delivering high-value outcomes, and continuously improve processes. As the IT Scrum Master, you'll utilize excellent collaboration and communication skills to resolve, escalate, or eliminate impediments to focus on building high-performing teams across the technology towers.
