Position Overview
- Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist with troubleshooting security-related issues.
- Document technical processes and provide user training as required.
