Applicants should hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other related disciplines with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience including and a track record of successful solution implementation in IT. A strong understanding of Learning Management Systems as well as common teaching and learning tools, and profound knowledge of Frontend and Backend Programming, data privacy protection, and security standards are expected.
