The New Role

Collaborating with cross-functional teams of IT, your primary role is to architect, design, and implement advanced messaging solutions to ensure a frictionless experience for the customers throughout the user journey and increase operational efficiencies. Leveraging the global messaging environment, you will be involved in service security, architecture design, implementation, access management, monitoring, and incident/problem management.
