JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing and supervise the operations of company's IT department and solving any problems that may occur.
Scrutinizing the existing practices and procedures of every department and work directly with the senior management to define system requirements.
Design and propose solutions, configure the software and train employees.
Analyze customer needs and providing solutions for complex technical issues.
Creating and presenting technical documentation to support projects.
Providing guidance and advice to junior engineers.
Conducting research on new technologies and products.
Overseeing and negotiating projects and products with customers and vendors.
