About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT DR Manager to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and testing to ensure the resilience, availability, and continuity of our critical IT systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Risk and Business Units to develop, implement and continuously improve disaster recovery strategies and frameworks.

Primary Objectives

• Coordinate, schedule, plan and execute RHB Group IT Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and conduct them at least twice a year, including live tests, for regulatory reporting and to implement new DR plans where needed.
• Review existing and recommend an effective RHB Group ITDR model or processes to address SBG/SFG requirements, aiming to provide cost‑efficient ITDR services management.
