Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end IT support across multiple care and retirement sites
- Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and user issues
- Management of third-party vendors (ISPs, Microsoft licensing, service providers)
- Microsoft 365 administration and licensing management
- Advising senior management on IT needs, risks, and improvements
- On-site support across locations as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in IT (Diploma/Degree or equivalent)
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Has a good working history of IT and strong foundational knowledge
- Proven experience in IT support / IT administration
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment experience
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and non-technical users
