We are recruiting for a real estate investment platform their living strategies and this role will be reporting to the CIO directly. You will be in an execution resource for the CIO and taking ownership in originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing transactions independently. You are also expected to mentor and guide junior team members.
In this capacity, you will be mainly responsible for:
(1) Deal Origination & Market Coverage Source new investment opportunities through networks, developer relationships, brokers, and direct outreach Build and maintain trusted relationships with developers, operators, lenders, intermediaries, and capital partners Conduct sector and market analysis to identify emerging trends, mispriced opportunities, and strategic entry points Contribute to and help execute partnership program with developer-led companies, building platform-level relationships beyond deal-by-deal engagement
