This role sits at the core of Bybit’s transition from a crypto exchange to a digital financial platform , where fiat infrastructure, stablecoins, and B2B partnerships drive user acquisition and revenue.

You will own the design, launch, and scaling of B2B fiat and investment-related operations globally — including Fiat-as-a-Broker (liquidity infrastructure), OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships. The role requires a combination of product thinking, operational execution, and ecosystem building across LATAM, SEA, EU, and other key markets.

You will work closely with Product, Treasury, Compliance, and regional teams to build scalable, compliant, and revenue-generating B2B business lines.
