Key responsibilities
Participate in tax due diligence projects concerning various taxes applicable in Portugal;Conduct tax diagnostics for different tax obligations in Portugal;Provide tax advisory services in transaction processes, particularly in the tax structuring of investments and divestments;Review the tax aspects of financial models;Assess the tax implications of transaction-related documents, such as Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) agreements;Manage teams involved in cross-border transactions.
