The Senior Internal Communications Manager will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver a communications strategy that supports business growth, transformation and M&A activity. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role will provide strategic counsel to senior stakeholders, developing clear and credible communication approaches that strengthen leadership capability, drive engagement and support organisational change.
As Internal Communications partner across multiple central functions, this role will work closely with People, Talent & Development, Reward and other Centres of Excellence to deliver aligned communications that support integration, restructuring and medium-to long-term workforce priorities.
