Job Description
Manage and execute interior design projects independently from concept development through completion Develop high-quality conceptual designs for hotels, commercial, corporate and residential projects Interpret client requirements and translate them into practical and innovative design solutions Prepare detailed design drawings, technical documentation and material specifications Conduct design presentations and communicate proposals confidently to clients Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet agreed schedules Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings and specifications Resolve technical and design-related issues efficiently during project execution Produce renderings and presentation materials Ensure strong detailing standards and proper interior finishing execution
