Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a **Senior Instructional Designer** in **Fort Worth, TX.**

**Responsibilities for a Senior Instructional Designer include but are not limited to:**

+ Design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs and e-learning content for Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center teams.
+ Create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for instructional design, adult learning principles, learning technologies, and LMS administration.
+ Develop technical software training content, including supply planning and enterprise software systems, for both new hire onboarding and ongoing employee development.
+ Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions that improve performance and knowledge retention.
