Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.Perform extensive content analysis and create design documents for proposed solutions.Create content specification document, cross-reference tables and storyboarding design & review plans.Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning courses, blended learning, assessments and question banks.Ability to create scenarios, and case studies.Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective and engagin...
