Senior Inspector

Location: Hamilton, Brampton, Markham or Barrie, ON.

We are looking for a Senior Inspector to join our Contract Administration team in the Transportation sector, working on MTO and municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, document, review, and assess contractor’s compliance with contractual requirements.
• Take accurate and detailed measurements of all work performed by the contractor to ensure accurate payments for work performed.
• Prepare daily site observation reports and maintain a daily photograph log.
• Assist the Contract Administrator in preparing various internal and external reports and other status reports to client.
• Assist the Contract Administrator with the review of contractor submissions (critical path schedules, field changes, monthly payment certificates, etc.) for compliance with contractual obligations.
