About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga

The role of the Senior Insights Lead is to focus on generating forward looking, actionable insights from workforce and people data to inform strategic decision‑making. It works alongside the Senior Workforce and Data Analyst to interpret complex data from across the employee lifecycle, identify patterns and trends, and translate them into meaningful recommendations.
