What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations (patching, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident/problem/change management)
• Execute and validate system changes, upgrades, and moderate-risk activities
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring or complex issues
• Monitor systems and alerts, ensuring performance, availability, and stability
• Support and guide junior engineers within the team
