Work closely with the Technical Services Manager and other engineers to design and deploy private and hybrid cloud infrastructure to support any client workload, including data science/AI development, software development, and production environments, with cost‑efficiency and cybersecurity as key considerations.
Work collaboratively across teams to promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and support professional growth, including actively pursuing and maintaining relevant technical certifications.
Core technologies include Huawei Data Center solutions, HPE servers and storage, Dell servers and storage, VMware for virtualization and private cloud management, and Veeam/Veritas/Commvault for backup and disaster recovery.
Other technologies: KVM, Nutanix (AHV), Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, NetApp and PureStorage for enterprise‑grade storage.
