Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of Inspection Testing and Maintenance (ITM) for chillers and other monitoring systems as per the scope of services.
Plan coordinate and execute day‑to‑day activities and resources covered under the contract agreement.
Communicate with the back office team leader and support departments in a planned manner to ensure timely support.
Provide technical reports assistance and recommendations based on field observations and maintenance needs.
Carry out all assigned HVAC‑related tasks within the timeline including monitoring remote systems reviewing reports and sharing recommendations.
Prepare materials lists confirm the availability of materials spares consumables and tools to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Prepare and review performance reports such as Preliminary Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
