Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and review of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting, piping, and equipment selection.
• Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for seamless project execution.
• Preparing MSRA & Material Submittals.
• Manage site execution, installation, and testing & commissioning (T&C) activities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
• Review contractor/vendor submissions and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct energy analysis and optimization for HVAC systems.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost control.
