Role Positioning and Objectives

To coach, lead and manage the performance of subordinates on the operational activities in ensuring effectiveness and quality output. Also, to oversee the Compensation & Benefits portfolio.

What You Will Own

• Ensure accurate and timely HR manpower statistic preparation, statutory submission and reporting.
• Provide support and advice to all heads on all matters relating to HR functions as and when required.
• Handle both internal and external audits as well as statutory audits on payroll and HR related functions.
• Maintain the Human Resources Information System and ensure data accuracy to conduct exit interview for all staff.
