Job Title: Senior Manager, HRBP (Manufacturing)
Reports to: CHRO
Role Positioning and Objectives
To coach, lead and manage the performance of subordinates on the operational activities in ensuring effectiveness and quality output. Also, to oversee the Compensation & Benefits portfolio.
What You Will Own
- Ensure accurate and timely HR manpower statistic preparation, statutory submission and reporting.
- Provide support and advice to all heads on all matters relating to HR functions as and when required.
- Handle both internal and external audits as well as statutory audits on payroll and HR related functions.
- Maintain the Human Resources Information System and ensure data accuracy to conduct exit interview for all staff.
