Opportunity We have a pivotal leadership opportunity for a Senior HR position at Fairview. At a high level you would be focused on evolving the HR function, building leadership capability within the organization, and bringing our mission to life.
Reporting to the President, the Senior HR Leader will play a strategic role in enhancing and modernizing our people practices, with a strong focus on building leader capability, strengthening manager accountability for employee development, and aligning our systems to support long‑term growth and succession.
You will guide the organization through a transition from established HR practices to more integrated, development-focused approaches, ensuring leaders and employees are supported every step of the way.
