Senior Human Resources Coordinator – responsible for HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth people operations.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of employee contact for HR matters, such as benefits, onboarding, time and attendance, and other employee inquiries.
- Respond to employee queries with professionalism and care, turning routine HR interactions into positive experiences.
- Enter and maintain employee records through the employee life cycle in the HRIS system (Workday) and the Benefit Administrator portal.
- Audit HR systems regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Generate employee‑related paperwork (employment verification, transfers, notifications, etc.).
- Develop and maintain standard processes and/or checklists; streamline as needed to identify efficiencies.
