Reporting to the Manager, HR Advisory and Talent Acquisition, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) provides strategic advice and guidance to management and senior management across the HR function. The Senior HRBP formulates partnerships with business leaders to deliver quality HR services and advise on people best practices for optimal business outcomes. They play a critical role in solving business problems with people solutions in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.
