Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions (excluding recruitment) including compensation, benefits, employee relations, industrial relations (IR), training, and performance management.
Manage administrative functions including office management, facilities, and procurement.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the HR & Admin team.
Assist the Senior HR & Administration Manager in developing and implementing HR and administrative strategies aligned with company objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in HR and administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal controls, recommending improvements when necessary.
