Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior HR Executive who responsible for managing and executing to support business growth to ensure efficient and effective internal HR operations. This role focus implementing HR strategies, policies and improvement initiative including payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR process optimization support across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
+ Review, formulate and maintain HR policies, procedures & procedures in compliance with requirements and best practice.
+ Implement HR improvement activities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
+ Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for HR innovations and continuous improvement.
+ Support implementation of performance management frameworks that address skill gaps and promote career growth.
+ Management payroll processing and employee benefits program.
