The role focuses on HRIS enhancements, system integrations, and regulatory compliance within a highly controlled financial environment.
Key Responsibilities - Lead endtoend HRIS analysis, solution design, and implementation
- Drive HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Manage UAT cycles, stakeholder workshops, functional documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with Regional HR COEs, IT teams, and thirdparty vendors
