Insight Global is seeking an Sr. HRIS Analyst for a leading organization undergoing a major HRIS transformation. This individual will play a key role in standing up and optimizing an Oracle Fusion environment from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings both strong technical HRIS expertise and a deep understanding of HR operations, enabling them to assess current systems, design scalable processes, and partner closely with leadership.
